1910.30(a)(1)    The employer did not provide training to employees on fall protection systems before they were exposed to fall hazards.  Training must include, without limitation, the topics listed in 1910.30(a)(3)(i) - (iv)     Location - Roof of a residential home at 32 Cottonwood Street, Wellesley, MA 02482     On or about April 21, 2017, an employee who performed gutter cleaning on a roof greater than 16 feet above the ground had not received training on fall protection systems.
