RHKG Holdings, Inc. dba Maloney Tool & Mold, Meadville, PA, EDM department, on or about April 21st and times prior thereto: Employees utilized compressed air to clean off items including, but not limited to metal molds/metal parts. Measurements of compressed air at the HAAS Mill VF-3 were measured at greater than 60 p.s.i. b.) RHKG Holdings, Inc. dba Maloney Tool & Mold, Meadville, PA, EDM department, on or about April 21st and times prior thereto: Employees utilized compressed air to clean off items including, but not limited to metal molds/metal parts. Measurements of compressed air at the HAAS Mill VF-3B (Serial # 1052414) were measured at approximately 46 p.s.i.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employees had not been provided with Hazard Communication 2012 training including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system to be used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a.) RHKG Holdings, Inc. dba Maloney Tool & Mold, 10890 Mercer Pike, Meadville, PA, on or about April 21st , 2017, and times prior thereto: Employees were working with and around hazardous substances including, but not limited to mold release, and mold saver. Some employees did not receive training on the new labeling elements and safety data sheet noted in CFR 1910.1200 (j)(1) of the Hazard Communication 2012 Standard.
