Dudley St., Denver, CO 80219: On and before April 19, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees shingling with the use of pneumatic nail guns and hand tools were protected from the hazard of projectiles to the eyes. Condition exposed employees to the hazards of prjectiles to the eyes.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) A Hernandez Exteriors, at 4325 S. Dudley St., Denver, CO 80219: On and before April 19, 2017, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees performing roofing work were adequately protected against fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were shingling a roof of a two-story single family home without the use of fall protection. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 16 feet.
