Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) Location - 425-427 Riverside Avenue, Medford, MA. On or about April 24, 2017, employees were not protected from falling while working/walking from an elevated work surface greater than 16 feet above lower level. Pride Exteriors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 900197.015, citation number 1, and was affirmed as final order on 6/05/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 571 Spring Street, Newport, RI 02840.
