Monterrey Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1158454, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2016, with a final abatement date of June 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace hazard located at 7789 County Road 94 in Manvel, TX 77578.
