29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece:  Employees working in the maintenance building were using N95 voluntary use respirators and were exposed to respiratory hazards in that the respirators were not stored to prevent contamination and deformation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  Employees working in or accessing the flammable storage, where Smoke and Odor Eliminator and Goof Off were being stored, were exposed to chemical burns in that the required safety data sheet was not maintained and accessible at the workplace.
