29 CFR 1910.305(c)(4): Snap switches mounted in boxes did not have faceplates installed so as to completely cover the opening and seat against the finished surface. a) Men's Bathroom beneath Offices, Building 21, 1 Industrial Complex, Nesquehoning, PA - The flush-mounted snap switch (light switch) that operated the fluorescent lights in the Men's Bathroom lacked a cover and had exposed energized conductors, exposing employees to a contact with electrical current hazard, as observed on or about April 27, 2017.
