29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about 04/26/17, at 52 Whiteford Road, in Rochester, New York, employees working on a steep roof with a slope/pitch of 18-12, were not protected from falling 10 feet to ground level with fall  protection.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
