29 CFR 1910.95(i)(3): Employees were not given the opportunity to select their hearing protectors from a variety of suitable hearing protectors provided by the employer:    a) Elringklinger USA, Inc., Buford, GA - In the DMax area, an employee operating the press #6 was exposed to noise at a time weighted average of 90.7 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 450 minutes. Only one type of hearing protection was provided, on or about 5/4/17.    b) Elringklinger USA, Inc., Buford, GA - In the HST3 zone, an employee operating the Ona 67 press was exposed to noise at a time weighted average of 90 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 438 minutes. Only one type of hearing protection was provided, on or about 5/4/17.    c) Elringklinger USA, Inc., Buford, GA - In the DMax area, an employee operating the Hahn/Master cell was exposed to noise at a time weighted average of 88.1 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 432 minutes. Only one type of hearing protection was provided, on or about 5/4/17.    d) Elringklinger USA, Inc., Buford, GA - In the DMax area, an employee operating the press #7 was exposed to noise at a time weighted average of 88.7 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 449 minutes. Elringklinger USA, Inc., Buford, GA - Employees used different oils and lubricants to spray dies and equipment. The spray bottles are used by all operators. Spray bottles containing hydraulic oil, WD 40 and Newform 11 that did not have any label, were observed, on or about 5/3/17.
