29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: 21 Meramec Heights, Arnold: The employer is exposing employees to fall hazards where employees worked without fall protection systems at heights greater than 6 feet. On May 02, 2017 an employee was exposed to a fall distance of approximately 13 feet while spraying roofing material on a flat roof without using guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or safety monitor systems.
