29 CFR 1926.850(e): It had not been determined if any type of hazardous chemicals, gases, explosives, flammable materials or similar dangerous substances had been used in any pipes, tanks, or other equipment on the property. a) The employer failed to fully inspect for hazardous chemicals within structure(s) planned for demolition on the residential property located at 325 E. Price Street in Linden NJ; to include the storage shed at the back of lot, which housed a drum of automotive oil as well as heating / diesel fuel in plastic containers. Condition(s) were noted on or about 4/27/2017.
