OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to being struck by vehicular traffic: a. 2101 Roosevelt Ave., South Plainfield, NJ The company did not establish a Yard Control plan that included enforcement of the use of high visibility clothing, establish a traffic management plan, or create designated walkways for safely transiting from the back areas of the yard to the main building where employees were exposed to struck by hazards of vehicular traffic. Violation occurred on or about November 14, 2018
