29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) roof - six employees were exposed to a fall of 10 feet, in that, they were conducting roofing work on a 5/12 slope roof and they were not using fall protection, on or about 5/3/17. The Arry's Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960688, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (5/7/14), with respect to a workplace located at 253 Hemingway Dr. Oldsmar, FL 34677.
