At the worksite, located at 6504 Westward Pl Bradenton, FL 34201; On or about 6/18/15, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10 feet in that no means of fall protection was being used while performing roofing operations on a residential building. Arry's Roofing Services Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1805278, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/16/2025, with respect to a workplace located at located at 22930 Bradenwood Ct, Land O'Lakes, FL 34639.
