29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a)  1520 Toronita Street, York PA - On or about April 28, 2017, an employee was not provided a proper ladder or stairway to access and egress the roof of the corridor and was exposed to an approximate 9 foot - 10 foot fall to the floor below.  The employee used 8 foot portable step ladders and hoisted themself onto the surface.    No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a working/walking surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet ( 1.8m ) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  1520 Toronita Street, York PA; 4th Floor - An employee was working on top of ceiling joists and the sheathing with unprotected sides/edges approximately 9 feet - 10 feet above the floor and was not protected from falling, on or about April 28, 2017.    No abatement certification or documentation required.    The Williams Run Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 635718, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/7/2012, with respect to a workplace located at building 7 Cornell Court Harrisburg, PA.
