29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: At the jobsite located at 100-118 West Armour Blvd, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards Employees engaged in commercial construction activities were exposed to 110 volt energized conductors. The extension cord being used had its outer insulation breached, exposing the inner wires.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: At the jobsite located at 100-118 West Armour Blvd, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. Employees engaged in commercial construction activities were exposed to 110 volt energized conductors. Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the saw being used on the site had its' ground prong removed, thus the path to ground was not permanent and continuous.
