29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers did not obtain or develop a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produced or imported: a) Throughout production area: On or about May 3, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the safety data sheets were not provided to employees while using chemicals, such as but not limited to, Trim SC520 cutting & grinding fluid.
