Employees of Blackeagle Energy Services and an employee of Complete Energy Services Inc performed a pigging operation of a newly constructed natural gas pipeline.  During the pigging operation, the employee of Complete Energy Services Inc was struck by pressurized water and multiple pigs.  Blackeagle Energy Services did not ensure that a competent person performed frequent inspections of the worksite and the pig receiver to ensure that workers would not be struck by pressurized water or pigs.  This condition exposed employees of Blackeagle Energy Services and the employee of Complete Energy Services Inc to struck-by hazards.
