29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p. s. i.: Room B 1: Employer is exposing employees to a hazardous conduction. The employer is exposing the employees to eye and skin injuries where the employees are permitted to use compressed air at greater than 30 pounds per square inch (p. s .i.) for cleaning purposes. On and about 03/11/2017 employees used compressed air measured at approximately 60 p. s. i. for cleaning color particles off production equipment and employees' clothing.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): Where there was a defect or evidence of damage on portable electric equipment that might expose an employee to injury, the employer did not remove the defective or damaged item from service until repairs and tests necessary to render the equipment safe were made: Liquid Room: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employer permits the use of electrical equipment with defects where the floor is wet exposing the employees to electrical hazards. On and about 05/11/2017 a portable electric fan with a missing ground pin on the attachment plug was used by employees in to cool down the pump used in the Clean Room.
