Defective components were not removed from service:   a) On or about May 11, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards where the safety nets in use in  oil change pits one and two were in disrepair. The netting was unraveled and broken. A carabiner used in pit one to secure the net was broken.   Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
