Employees cleaning up roofing materials were working directly below employees stripping asphalt roofing tiles and other debris from the second story roof. Violation observed on or about May 16, 2017

Eight employees were engaged in residential roofing activities at heights greater than 6-foot without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Violation observed on or about May 16, 2017
