Condition noted on or about 02/01/2023. (b) 381 Middlewood Road, Middletown Township, NJ: Workers engaged in roofing and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 12 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on a roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 02/01/2023.
