29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     a) Battery charging room, CYI Warehouse, 3100 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203:  Observed on or about May 15, 2017, a Bradley brand emergency eyewash station located in the CYI warehouse was not functional.  Maintenance employees who periodically check the water levels on the forklift batteries were exposed to an eye injury hazard created by the lack of suitable facilities for the quick drenching and flushing of the eyes.
