29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) At Pool House, Mimms Trail Subdivision, Auburn, Alabama: On or about May 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer permitted his employee to work from a job-made work platform that was being elevated by a powered industrial truck that was not approved for use by the manufacturer exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 8 feet to the ground below.
