29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 87567 477th Ave., Atkinson, NE 68713 on or about May 18, 2017. The employer is failing to ensure that the storage of one non-flammable compressed gas cylinder was adequate. The cylinder was not was secured while it was not in use in the Trash Container Welding Area.
