29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 5/16/17, at third floor; apartment 731 patio deck area of the site, Lancaster, NY. The tool box in the patio deck area was moved to the ground. A midrail was not installed after moving the tool box resulting in an incomplete guardrail systems. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
