29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 05/09/17 at a residential construction project located at 6090 Clinton Street, Lancaster, New York; employees were installing shingles on the roof of a 1 and 1/2 story house with a 10 in 12 roof pitch and an eave height of approximately 11 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO CERTIFICATION ABATEMENT REQUIRED
