29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(iv): Multiple conductor cable was used with a suspended pushbutton station, but the station was not supported in some satisfactory manner that protected the electrical conductors against strain. (a) The pendant electrical control cable for the Cleveland Tramrail 3T overhead crane in Bay three (3) was not provided strain relief which caused the cable to pull away from the pendant and expose the electrical wiring. This exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
