Joel Kennedy Constructing Corp., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 900002, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2100-2400 N. Lawndale Ave., Chicago, IL 60647. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
