29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: On or about May 10, 2017: a) An employee was exposed to electrical hazards to include shock and or burns while using a flexible cord that was run across an active driving area and through a doorway with no protection applied to cord. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
