29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) Jobsite: Employees were working around an unguarded floor hole approximately 10 feet above the next level; thus exposing them to fall hazards. Condition was observed on or about 24 MAY 2017.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Jobsite: Employees installing a new roof were not provided fall protection; thus exposing them to fall hazards. Condition was observed on or about 24 MAY 2017. Narvon Run Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1920.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1078367, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 14 DEC 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Lot#191 West Wood Drive, Lititz, PA 17543.
