29 CFR 1903.19(c)(3): The employer did not submit certification that abatement is complete for each cited violation, in addition to the information required by paragraph (h) of this section, the date and method of abatement and a statement that affected employees and their representatives have been informed of the abatement:  Location- corporation:  On or about December 24, 2019, the employer did not provide abatement documentation or certification for Citation 1 Item 1 issued on December 5, 2019.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection.  Business Park at Maindencreek: At this job site, employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards of six or more feet, while walking and working from 4/12 pitch roof to affix housewrap to buildings false front, and had not been protected from falls by the use of a guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems on or about October 18, 2019.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.  Narvon Run Builders, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent standard 1920.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1235073, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 26, 2018 , with respect to a workplace located 4107 Bethel Road, Boothwyn, PA 19061.  Narvon Run Builders, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent standard 1920.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1078367, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located Lot #191 West Wood Drive, Lititz, PA 17543.
