29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) 5904 Old Shell Rd, Mobile Alabama: On or about May 25, 2017 and at times prior the employer did not provide his employees with eye and face protection equipment when operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents. Employees were installing shingles on a roof using nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: (a) At 5904 Old Shell Rd, Mobile Alabama: On or about May 25, 2017 and at times prior the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing them to fall hazard of between over 25 feet and 10 feet 2 inches to the ground level.
