OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about May 24, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 190 Wilson Mill Road in Monticello, Arkansas, the employer failed to ensure that employees were wearing the available seatbelts while operating forklift trucks. Employees were exposed to ejection and crushed-by hazards.
