On or about June 1, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing carpentry operations with an pneumatic air gun, did not use safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a.  On or about June 1, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite,  an employee performing residential carpentry operations on a roof, approximately three stories or thirty (30) feet above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
