29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): A respirator was not stored in a convenient, clean and sanitary location.  a)  On or about June 2, 2017 an air purifying respirator was found in the maintenance shop on a shelf next to the battery charging area for the golf carts.  The respirator facepiece was exposed to the environmental conditions in the shop area to include possible chemical contamination and temperature extremes.
