29 CFR 1926.25(a): Throughout this job site, during the course of construction operations, framing materials including wood scrap, air compressors and air hose units were lying in and adjacent to walkways and work areas, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards: a) On or about 06/01/17, at the Cornerstone Pointe Apartments, located at 3 GBC Parkway, in Rochester, New York, employees were exposed to tripping and fall hazards, where building materials and equipment were not cleared from passageways. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
