29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. a) On May 29, 2017 the operator of an industrial lift truck #805-SD-014 did not look in the direction of travel and the path was not clear in that the operator made contact with an employee from a different company on the ground at doorway #123.
