29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. This violation occurred on or about June 7, 2017, the employer does not utilize lockout/tagout procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to, the Puma 200M Turning Center CNC lathe when employees are changing the tooling exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
