29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour:     A) Job site, on or about May 30, 2017, an oxygen gas cylinder was stored approximately 3 feet away from Liquefied Petroleum (LP) gas cylinders, exposing employees to fire hazard.
