29 CFR 1926.352(a): Movable fire hazards in the vicinity of unmovable objects that were to be welded on, cut or heated were not taken to a safe place, or otherwise protected:  a) Delaware Memorial Bridge, Sections 2WF & 2WG, New Castle DE - On or about June 7, 2017, the employer failed to ensure pallets of construction materials located under the bridge were moved or protected to prevent ignition from overhead torch cutting activities.  Fire blankets placed over the pallets were not sufficient in quantity or size to cover the pallets in their entirety, exposing materials to ignitions sources (i.e. sparks or molten metal) and resulting in a fully developed fire.
