29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electric equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. a) Penn Pallet, Inc. / 675 Filmore Road, Saint Marys, PA: On or about June 8, 2017, the electrical power cord going into the Barker Bandsaw #2 control panel had pulled away from the rubber grommet on the panel, exposing the internal electrical wires in the power cord.
