29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees in the machine area from hazard(s) such as those created by moving parts: (a) Accurshear, model 650010, s/n 4675 - the 20-ton hold-down clamps were not adequately guarded by the existing guard, in that, a 1-inch gap between the bottom guard and the table exposed employees to a pinch point hazard; observed on or about 6/2/17.
