29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Trailer Manufacturing Facility, on or about 06/08/2023 - Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards, in that, the walking working surface in the final fit for lowboy trailers area is scattered with welders, electrical cords, lumber and welding cables.
