29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: On or about June 1, 2017, at Lot 202, 826 Sunset Park Lane, and Lot 206, 796 Sunset Park Lane, Suwanee, Georgia: a) Five employees performing framing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet and greater when they used the top step of an A-frame ladder to climb from the ground to the second floor. b) Five employees performing framing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8-feet to greater than 25-feet when they lifted the A-frame ladder used in instance a up to the second floor and then used the top step of that same A-frame ladder to climb from the second floor to the trusses.

Leonel Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 925017, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2686 Telfare Drive, Smyrna, Georgia.
