29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about; June 9, 2017 Location: East side, Lighthouse new residential construction located at Hudson View Way, Tarrytown NY a) Employees engaged in masonry activities on a new building construction were not protected from tripping hazards by keeping all work areas clear from scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris.
