On or about June 12, 2017, in the formulation area at Magnolia Advanced Materials, 4360 NE Expressway, Atlanta, Georgia: Nine employees performing coatings manufacturing work were exposed to chemical burns to the skin and eyes while operating Cowles dispersers using corrosive chemicals when the employer did not provide eye and body flushing facilities with an unobstructed path and that was not accessible within ten seconds.
