A) On 06/12/17, at the site of 249-11 Northern Blvd. Little Neck, NY Employees were using an A-frame ladder as a straight ladder to gain access to the roof from a sidewalk shed. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
