29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At the jobsite located at 3440 Rainbow Ave., Kansas City KS, employees performing framing work from an aerial lift were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 33 feet from the aerial lift to the ground below in that employees did not have harnesses attached with a lanyard to the boom or basket.
