29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: Worksite located at 2246 Tracy Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazards when employees were climbing off the roof onto the trusses and down to the ladder. A ladder that could reach at least 3' above the upper landing surface was available onsite and not being used.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Worksite located at 2246 Tracy Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep residential roof and were not protected by the use of a safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems. (b) Worksite located at 2246 Tracy Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard on the second story near the stairway had an exposed edge that was not protected by the use of a guardrail system. The Olathe Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1485415 , citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 9/1/2020, with respect to a workplace located at1001 SW 7 Highway Blue Springs, MO 64015 . The Olathe Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443998 , citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/17/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 121 N.
